The Cross River State Commissioner for Health, Henry Egbe Ayuk, has congratulated the Special Adviser to the Governor on General Duties, Ekpenyong Akiba, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a dependable ally and committed public servant.
In a goodwill message on Tuesday, Dr. Ayuk commended Otuekong Akiba for his loyalty, administrative competence, and steadfast dedication to the vision of Governor Bassey Edet Otu. He noted that the Special Adviser has consistently demonstrated calm leadership, strategic insight, and a deep sense of responsibility in the discharge of his duties.
The Health Commissioner said Akiba’s contributions to governance have strengthened coordination across critical sectors and enhanced the delivery of government programmes for the benefit of the people of Cross River State.
“Otuekong Ekpenyong Akiba remains a pillar of support within this administration. His commitment to excellence and service continues to inspire confidence and progress,” Ayuk stated.
